William "Toe" Elliot I think?

Hi Graham, just found this site and came across the foto of "Toe" Billy Elliot. Its deffo him. I was part of Cumbernauld theatre and was involved with a project that showcased Billy's play about his life. Brings back memories of a good time touring local community halls performing the play.
